About Me

I have always been curious how things connect.

Chinese-Australian born in Sydney and raised for a period in Guangzhou.

While my schooling has been entirely within the Aussie education system, my cross-cultural experiences taught me to look at communities and policy through a global lens.

In high school, I found a couple of things I loved in equal measure: research and advocacy. They feel, to me, like the same activity. Most of my work tries to sit somewhere between them.

Outside of school, I run a small nail business, advocate for young voices, and volunteer wherever I can!
